Fantastic modern property in great location. Secure underground parking leading straight to basement entrance. Terraces on every floor giving plenty of space to spread out. Beds comfortable and bathrooms had excellent showers. Air con worked perfectly. Quality TV with English channels. Property overlooked lovely gardens and communal pools. Rooftop pool was a great perk and we used it every day. Lots of comfortable terrace furniture. Two supermarkets within a 5 min walk Aldi and Carrefour and plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Recommend La Noria especially. Would definitely return.
Rooftop pool wasn’t very clean on arrival but the pool guy sorted it the next day. If you’re not familiar with how to deal with rubbish in Spain this can be confusing but a quick text to the hosts sorted this. There are a lot of stairs in the property which was fine for us but worth mentioning if there are toddlers.

A stunning apartment overall. The apartment was clean and modern.
The highlight being the rooftop plunge pool. Wow! Incredible.
We couldn't get the shower on the rooftop to work.
The aircon in the main bedroom is a little weak.
These are both very minor.

Lots of space, clean property, nice roof top pool lots of seating areas good cooking facilities and close to supermarket s and town.
Furniture outside needs updating and new shower needed
