Honestly, this was one of the best places we've ever stayed. I was initially concerned after reading reviews mentioning that the rental was attached to the main home, but I want to provide some clarification that I felt was missing from those reviews. While the rental is technically connected to the main house, it never felt attached in any way during our stay. It has its own private entrance, clear signage leading you directly to the unit, and completely separate access, making it feel very private and independent. The home itself was luxurious and comfortable. Our kids loved the loft area and treated it like their own clubhouse or fort for the entire trip. The only minor challenge was the limited separation from the master bedroom, which made changing clothes and getting ready a little less convenient. That said, for families traveling with children, it was not a significant issue and certainly wouldn't prevent us from staying here again. The views were incredible, the setting was peaceful and quiet, and yet we were still within easy reach of all the major attractions in the area. After long days of exploring, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. The hosts were also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. By the end of our trip, the kids were already asking when we could come back.

Beautiful property, very well appointed. Lovely space within 50 minutes of Zion and St. George Airport, Utah. Home is immaculate. Host was very responsive. Just a note that this vrbo is part of a larger home and not a standalone property. This had no negative impact to our stay, just wanted to mention it. A great place to stay if visiting the Zion area.

The duplex (unit is attached to the main house) is very well appointed with highend features. The unit feels brand new and was clean. Calling this a 3-bedroom is inaccurate, calling this a 2-bedroom would be a stretch of the imagination. The primary bedroom is gorgeous with an even more stunning primary bathroom. However, the other two sleeping areas leave a lot to be desired. They turned the primary walk-in closet into a spot for a very uncomfortable pull-out couch and from the closet, you go up to a loft that is only 4' tall. This area might be good for kids, but not adults and there is zero privacy as the closet/loft have a giant open pass-through to the kitchen/living area allowing in light and sound when trying to sleep. Finally, Google Maps will leave you stranded in the middle of a field, be sure to work with your host on local directions.
