During the winter months, work is expected to continue primarily indoors. The renovation is currently scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027. No construction work will take place during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period. We ask for your understanding that there may be occasional disturbances due to noise or construction site traffic during the construction work.

Should this space be leased and subsequently renovated, there may be occasional remodeling and construction work, as well as associated visual and noise disturbances.
