About this apartment rental
Located in a courtyard, super quiet at night but in a lively area of town. It's minutes away from Notre Dame Cathedral and the shops and restaurants of the St. Michel district. It is near 2 metro lines and many bus lines, which makes getting around a snap!

The studio is on the first floor (up one flight of stairs), without an elevator.

We found this studio to be good value for the money and enjoyed our one-week stay here. We liked its proximity to center-city sites and transit options, plenty of on-demand hot water, excellent A/C and wifi, comfy bed, and responsive, communicative host. We found it hard to cook in the studio's kitchenette (other than using the microwave), as we could not get the skillets to heat well on the stove and the water pot was corroded. We often found the building’s front door unlocked. We also were surprised that the courtyard had a lot of scaffolding, but fortunately very little renovation work was underway during our stay.

Our stay in Paris was perfect. We were close to Notre Dame and the Luxembourg Gardens which were 2 places we wanted to visit since we missed them on our 1st visit to Paris. Melissa was gracious enough to allow us to store our luggage while we enjoyed more of the city on our day of departure.Overall a great stay and Melissa gave us tips for restaurants in the area which was awesome!

Excellent experience. Location is fantastic. Apartment was all we needed with great shower. Clean propery & great communication. Highly recommend!

Three blocks from the Seine and one block from the Metro. The host communicated well but it took 24 hours to fix a balky toilet. Overall would recommend this unit.
