• This is a pet-free property. This includes any visitors you may have. No pets may be brought to the property at any time by anyone. If guests or visitors are bringing a medically required assistive dog, notice must be given prior to the stay along with paperwork indicating the animal is fully up to date on all veterinary care, including rabies, distemper, and Bordetella vaccines.

"This was the perfect place for our family. It is right up the road from Toccoa River Swinging Bridge, Sea Creek Falls(super kid friendly), Blue Ridge and Blairsville(restaurants and convenience). The kids loved that we had access to the creek on the property it is active with Crawfish and salamanders. The interior is exactly as pictured and spacious enough to not feel cramped with the 6 of us there. I would stay here again and again!!!"

• Blue Ridge Haven is equipped w/ a Ring camera at the separate garage and main entrance of the house. Cameras do not face the interior of the house and is intended to monitor the outside of the home for the safety of our guests.
• Blue Ridge Haven is in a secluded area on a beautiful winding road away from the busy city center. Drive carefully & watch for local wildlife! There are a lot of deer in the area.

We loved the home, and the property! Granted, it was only my wife, son and I - but the home had parking for 5-6 cars, and plenty of guest rooms to handle a large crowd. Nicely appointed home, with comfortable mattresses, nice towels, and a great selection of toiletries. Kitchen was well stocked with bowls, seasonings, plates/cups, etc.. Albeit the knives were dull as a brick - those could use sharpening, and some proper cutting boards. The hot tub was clean and in good working order, and the walking access down to the creek was wonderful. Nice fire pit down there for smores by the creek at night too! Only things we'd have loved to see - front porch needs fans in the summer, the stairs would be tricky for kids/elderly folks, and the home needs more light in the main living area/kitchen.
