As my kids have grown up, them each having their own bed has been a real requirement, a huge plus if they have their own rooms. This space gave us what we couldn't get reasonably from a hotel. It's not spacious, but it was enough for a week long stay where we were out doing things most of the time and just needed a place to get some alone time at the end of the day. It was clean. Everything we expected was provided. The check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. No crazy expectations on either end. Plus the location being right off the 6 subway, and just a few blocks from W/R subway means you can get anywhere you want easily.

Great location! Hosts have clear check in and departure instructions. Trains are close by for easy travel in NYC. Perfect for us and our 3 young adult kids.

Apartment was clean (except that the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty). Address given to guests on website was not the correct address which I believe was done so that no one could look at the building prior to reserving. The entrance way into the building was dirty contained three garage cans which had foul odors and the hallway on the fifth floor contained debris.
