BEDROOM
The bedrooms feature a comfortable queen-sized bed with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings.
BATHROOM
The property has two bathrooms, each includes a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.
KITCHEN
Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with:

• Microwave
• Oven
• Dishwasher
• Crockery and cutlery
A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.
LIVING AREA
The living room offers a 50” FFalcon smart TV for your entertainment. You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay.
LAUNDRY
A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES
- Access to the gym located at 14 Trevillian Building. An AirKey or FOB is required to access the gym.
Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates.
PARKING
- One designated secure parking space
- Plenty of free 1-hour and 2-hour street parking is available around the area.
NOTE: There are no stairs in the building - an elevator will bring you from the garage or street entrance to your apartment on level 2.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.
Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

Strata Notice: (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice)
> Building Maintenance Notice: Building Management has advised that external washing, remedial repairs and painting works will be taking place at Trevillian Quay from 18 August to October 2026. Works will be carried out progressively across the complex and may result in some noise, contractor activity, or temporary disruption around the building during this period. We appreciate your understanding while these essential maintenance works are completed.
> Roof Works Project: Please note that there will be a roof replacement works and a Bloc (builder) will be onsite over the coming days setting up exclusion zones per the original advice, and scaffold will begin to be erected from next week, weather permitting. Please expect potential noise and temporary access restrictions; dates may vary depending on weather conditions.

**Booking Confirmation**
Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking — it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.
**Check-In & Check-Out**
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.
**No Smoking | No Pets**
This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It**
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
