We had the most incredible stay at La Maison 1680 and honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. Béatrice and François have created something truly special, a beautiful property with gorgeous rooms, so much character, and an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Béatrice and François made us feel completely at home and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. And the food François cooks is absolutely amazing! The Saturday dinners were without a doubt one of the highlights of our entire trip, delicious food, wonderful wine, and such a lovely atmosphere.
Everything about La Maison 1680 feels thoughtful and special, from the property itself to the rooms, the food and, most importantly, the people. It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Burgundy.
Thank you so much, Béatrice and François, for such a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

Heel warme ontvangst waarbij de hotel eigenaars een aperitief hadden georganiseerd in een wijngaard om van daaruit te genieten van de eclips. Een ervaring die we altijd gaan onthouden.
Er was geen airco in de kamer, al koelt het ‘s nachts wel snel af en kregen we een ventilator op de kamer. Het was ook uitzonderlijk warm deze zomer (2026).
