Everything great, very clean, beautiful room!

The only downfall is that the beach that is advertised the photos is for extra charge 40€ per person and it looks quite abandoned.

10/10 – Exceptional Hospitality From Arrival to Departure My partner and I absolutely LOVED our stay at Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The concierge team welcomed us so warmly, followed by a professional yet genuinely friendly check-in, welcome drinks, and being personally accompanied to our room with a little tour along the way. It immediately set the tone for our stay. Our room was spacious and beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness and housekeeping standards were excellent. The pool, bars, restaurants and overall atmosphere of the property were equally impressive. A very special mention must go to the breakfast team. Their attentiveness every morning was outstanding, and the breakfast chef was excellent! The warmth of the staff throughout the hotel never felt forced — it was genuine hospitality combined with professionalism. My final experience was the spa, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful stay. Having spent many years working in hospitality myself and having travelled extensively around the world and to many parts of Spain, I tend to notice the small details that make or break a hotel experience. I can genuinely say that I could not find a single negative thing about this property. Beautiful surroundings, impeccable cleanliness, spacious rooms and excellent facilities are important, but it is the PEOPLE who turn a beautiful hotel into a memorable experience. The team at Los Monteros did exactly that. My partner and I loved every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation. 10/10 — and a heartfelt thank you to the entire Los Monteros team. You made our Marbella stay truly special.

Stuff was very helpfull and professional. We give our thanks too Carlos and Noah. Clean room, perfect food.

The location is good with tennis on site. The pool was big, the common areas are nice.

The staff, although friendly, are not professional and are incompetent. The ground around the pool was always dirty. The room was never properly cleaned. The breakfast was average, with few choices and mediocre quality. The rooftop pool was very dirty, and no service was offered until late afternoon. From our room, we could hear the highway. Windows were not double-glazed or of good quality.
