交通便利，樓下就有一家全家，過馬路對街還有一家全家跟羅森超市，通天閣步行10分鐘左右就能到
行李上樓比較麻煩一點，尤其行李箱比較大的話樓梯比較窄，要稍微注意

It was handy to Family mart next door and a short walk to Tennoji station.
The toilet/bidet was a great. Also the vacuum cleaner was handy.
When we arrived the door code into the building was incorrect. We arrived later in the night so pressed the buzzer and a resident down stairs let us in. I sent a message via booking.com the next day to say the code was wrong to be told the code had changed and then was given the correct code.
There was a smell coming from the kitchen area that might’ve been coming from the sink.
I sent a message (twice) to ask if we could use the washing machine on the top floor or directions for the closest laundry matt but got no reply.
It would’ve been nice to be given clean towels half way through our stay as we stayed just over a week.
What might be handy is to leave a sign in the room on how we need to separate the rubbish and where to deposit it.
We were also in the room one morning and a stranger opened the room door and started speaking to my son in a non-english language then left.

Only 10 minutes from main train station, right near a beautiful park, family mart across the road, plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Room was spacious and had everything you need. Even a washing machine on the top floor of the building.
No lift, only stairs - which sucks with luggage!!
Washing machine but no dryer, it was winter so clothes wouldn’t dry and got all stinky
