Location and facilities were as expected, but the staff communication really went above and beyond: very fast, quickly helped with a couple of questions we had, and overall made the experience incredibly positive. MoreThanStays come highly recommended!
A bit hot even at the end of summer, but this is unavoidable in London and the provided fans helped. 3rd floor with no lift not and issue, although might be for some people. Honestly these are very minor and the stay as a whole had nothing wrong with it.

L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Lo staff è molto comunicativo e risponde velocemente lo. La posizione dell’appartamento è comoda ed è ben collegato.
L’appartamento è molto carino. L’unica nota stonata è il lavandino del bagno volendo trovare qualcosa da migliorare e chi dorme sul divano letto è soggetto ai rumori della strada che è piuttosto trafficata ma forniscono anche i tappi per l’orecchio!

Communication was the critical factor, therefore it worked perfectly, very close to public transport, and also quite a few good restaurants around
Isolation in the building is not great, so you can hear absolutely everything that is going on in the above apartment. Other people mentioned that it was pretty noisy from the street, but it didn’t bother me, because bedroom was quite far from the kitchen which faces the main street.

La atención amable del personal vía whatsapp (compensación de salida tarde por molestias y reposición rápida del menaje que faltaba) y la comodidad del check-in y check-out. La ubicación muy buena en relación al precio. El salón y la habitación son pequños muy bonitos, no así la cocina un el baño.
Puedes substituir el depósito por daños de 250 GPB por un seguro de 29 GPB no rembolsable (recomendable porque según las condiciones si rompes un plato o vaso, te van a tener la fianza hasta descontar él precio de los daños)
El colchón de la cama es excesivamente blando. Las dos ventanas del salón son viejas y cierran mal (entra frío y ruído de la calle). Cuando llegamos había un par de desperfectos (mampara de ducha y zapatero rotos), faltaba menaje y tenían el colchón al revés, con lo que se sentían todos los muelles y era aún más incómodo. La cocina es muy pequeña (sin puerta ni ventana) y si cocinas algo queda todo el pequeño apartamento oliendo a comida. No hay un solo enchufe en el baño. Se escucha ruído de pisadas en piso de arriba. Escaleras de acceso muy empinadas y estrechas.
