Modern, clean, host was easy to communicate with and allowed 1 hour late checkout
Checkout is at 10. It is way to early and 1 hour earlier than almost every place in the world

The villas are exceptionally clean, the staff can’t do enough for you and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Team are always available anytime of the day. The pool maintenance man was so kind and stopped by on our last day to say bye which was so thoughtful.
The beds are comfortable and all furnishings are excellent quality. Everything you could ever need is included and loved the electric locking doors. We also loved that the windows slid back so it seemed there was no walls to the villa. The location is very quiet not too far from paphos. Loved our stay and will be returning.
The stairs done have a handrail and I struggled not having anything to hold onto. The decor is industrial and whilst my daughter and friends loved it we wasn’t as keen and didn’t like the pool facing a large grey wall.

Beautiful modern villa, very special place, exceptionally comfortable beds with all the mod cons/needed facilities in the villa.
We reported the pool steps and someone came to fix them, but they still don't feel secure. I'm not sure how good they would be for "heavier" guests.
We also noticed ants in the back left bedroom.
When giving this feedback we were sent a generated AI reply to our feedback. You'd think for the cost a personal reply would be the "norm".
