The pool and views were lovely and the large communal areas were great for a party of 8. Alvaro was always very responsive when we contacted him with any problem.
The public transport system makes it easy to get to other towns, we used both the train and the bus. Golfe Juan centre is close , walking in takes about 15 mins (however not many pavements) coming back however is all uphill.
The property has two kitchens however neither of the ovens were working during our stay which limited our dining options considerably. We had a few problems with the electricity, kettle and toaster but we obtained assistance quickly.
The bedrooms with single beds were small and we found the beds themselves quite small, also the owners had left a lot of their belongings in the rooms.
The private road to the property is steep and narrow- our transfer vehicles could not go down it. The private road is off a narrow road which allows two way traffic but is only wide enough for one vehicle. We had hired a car but due to the roads made little use of it.

The house was very spacious and had everything one could wish for. The pool was lovely, and the children played in it all week. The location and the town are delightful, and the whole area is just generally wonderful. We had a fantastic holiday :-) The host, Alvaro, was incredibly good at communicating and responded quickly to any questions we had.
