The customer service was exceptional. The staff were very accommodating to our requests and it was very convenient to liaise with them for our logistics arrangements. They were also thoughtful enough to have our boarding passes settled in advance, which made our experience even more seamless and stress free

The hotel was amazing and the staff were great. It felt like a great all-inclusive resort, and activities and items for the kids were well thought out. The feeding of fishes by the pond at the restaurant was a great thing to have, and the icing on the cake. Staff throughout the hotel did their part, and room service or anything else was always on time. Rooms were huge. The pools were great and big. Everything pretty much exceeded our expectations and the kids had a great time.

I think if there's only small things to pick at, is that 1) The pillows were relatively uncomfortable 2) Food options at the buffet were good but slightly limited But overall this hotel is miles better than many others in Batam and Bintan that we've been to over the years.

The Kids Club made our stay perfect. Our daughter enjoyed her 4 days there. The staffs were all so accommodating and professional. They responded to our every request promptly and efficiently. For some reason my laptop is unable to connect to their wifi but the reception supervisor immediately sent an IT personnel to fix my issue. The food was nice, the price was fair, the space is comfy, the aircon was extremely cold... everything was exceptional! My daughter specifically requested to go back there for her birthday next month :))

the chiller was not cold enough.... but the reception staffs offered to chill our wine at the hotel dining. Problem solved! :))
