- Très bien placé. A distance de marche de tous les sites historiques à visiter
- Très propre
- Personnel très gentil et professionnel
- On m'a upgradée en me donnant une chambre avec un lit king size.
- Chambre très spacieuse.
- Grande salle de bain
- Climatisation
- Très belle vue sur toute la ville. Magnifique
- Standing d'un 4 étoiles norme européenne
Quelques détails, car ca ne gâche vraiment pas le séjour :
- serviettes un peu rêches. Dommage pour le standing de l'hôtel
- manquerait une chaise dans la chambre
- manquerait un petit frigo dans la chambre. Nécessaire quand il fait chaud
- La lumière du jour rentre un peu à travers le rideau. Perso ca me réveille

Gutes parken in der Tiefgarage. Phantastischer Ausblick. Nähe zum Basar und zur Moschee. Es hat uns hier ausgezeichnet gefallen.
Kaffee amerikanisch ist problematisch und es gibt auch keinerlei Alkohol - trotz der edlen Hotelatmosphäre. Das war kein Problem, nur etwas überraschend.

The location was close to koza han.
The food was good.
Staff was not friendly and welcoming.
Parking was not at the property.
Luggage loadung and unloading was a problem.
