Perfect for families

Excellent stay!

Beautiful space, very friendly and helpful staff and there is everything you could need during your stay. We stayed there as a three-member family and it worked well with the sofa bed. It is a small space but everything is organised very well and it feels spacious. There are even two toilets! The location is very good. I would recommend this for families of 3-4 or couples. For four adults it might be a bit two small to be comfortable. You have to be able to go up and down stairs while carrying your suitcase and bend your back easily. I would definitely stay there again!

The upstairs ceiling is low and there is a steal beam where you can bump into easily so watch your head! Perhaps the only negative is the bad smell in the master bathroom. There is not enough ventilation but this is an old building in Paris and it is quite common. We got used to it and tried to keep the ventilation on as often as possible.

Quartiere abbastanza anonimo, ma con tutti i servizi vicini comprese due fermate della metro principali: 2 e 3. Mini-monolocale grazioso, pulito, silenzioso e ben accessoriato grazie all'ottima gestione degli spazi. Oltre al bagno principale ce ne è uno più piccolo molto utile.

Attenzione alle scalette interne e ad una trave bassa del soppalco. La zona di ingresso all'appartamento è messa maluccio. Una delle strade limitrofe è sede di mercato per questo a momenti un po' sporca.

Que estaba en un barrio donde había tiendas, supermercados y vida. Y que la parada del metro estaba súper cerca.

La entrada hasta llegar al apartamento está muy vieja. Desentona con el apartamento y creo que se podrían cambiar las escaleras para evitar caídas.
