Crummy, grotty, could easily be improved.

A very handy location. Tram stop and other amenities nearby.

Where to start? Not sure if I can upload a video here. Front garden uncared for. Front door lock nearly falling out. Sitting room uncomfortable and on a budget, flooring is laminate or is it lino. Kitchen looks okay but cupboard doors painted black with a brush. Most crockery etc only for three and not for four people. Kitchen to lounge door falling off its runners. Table only seats two. Kitchen otherwise okay. Back garden in a mess, cushions on pallets as a sofa. Sliding door has ivy growing in through it. Stairs are lino. Upstairs looks okay at first glance but is a disaster. Main bedroom radiator can't be turned on, knob is broken, would only cost a couple of quid to fix which pretty much sums up the entire place. Mattress has a big dip in the middle. Bedside lights didn't work, turns out they're rechargeable which we found out after a couple of days. No real clothes storage. Back bedroom okay except dimmer light switch no knob on it. Bathroom is a disaster. Toilet seat doesn;t match toilet, bath wood surround rotten and broken on the corner, shower pumps water under the shower screen and all over the floor. Smoke detector at top of stairs is missing. Outside the meter boxes are held together with duct tape. If you could see the video I took you would probably never stay here at any price. Good location, it wouldn't take a lot of effort, time or money to improve this place. If it was for sale I would buy it, spend a few quid and make it into a really nice home or rental. The picture of the utilities meter box summarises the property. This was someone's home, they decorated it on a tight budget and bodged a few things. Oh, and a few normal gripes that I would put in a review - no instructions on lighting, which sounds odd but the lighting in the sitting room and bedroom is odd - wifi instructions are wrong, had to drag the wifi router out and read the info. On the plus side, the kitchen is well equipped with good appliances.

Needs some tlc but private little house.

The location and it was private

The heating kept going on and off so did the hot water, house was freezing when we arrived. There was no mugs for a cup of tea in morning. No shower gel or shampoo in the dispensers provided. The cupboards and fridge where filthy :( plug in living room was out of the wall and didnt work. Front door lock was a bit dodgy and hard to open. The Attic door kept falling open and scaring us throughout the night along side the neighbours partying all night. Back garden could really use a clean up. We did though make the most of this little place and the renters did check in on us but we felt these issues wouldn't of been resolved on a quick fix. The place needs more tlc and a few fixes for the price. They did let us have a little bit of extra check out time which was great :)

Great for a short stay in a quite cul-de-sac with driveway parking. Great sized house for 4 people with modern, clean decor. Also great communication from the owners on the run in to our stay.

Only a couple of things keeping this from being an excellent property like the toilet seat was broken and the bins outside were overflowing but nothing that would stop us from staying again.
