L’emplacement au calme dans une petite rue en cul de sac tout en état au centre du village, la grandeur du logement, les équipements disponibles et récents, la literie et la possibilité d’accueillir nos chiens.
L’insonorisation avec l’appartement du dessus. Recommandation : mettre une barrière sur la mini terrasse pour pouvoir laisser sortir les chiens en sécurité.
