The beds were very comfortable, cabin clean, large washer and drier set, and kitchen stocked.
Upon arrival the key pad did not work and had to call to get assistance. With the temperature being cold outside, the heating unit tried to keep the temperature at 69 but struggled. It blew constantly making the rooms chilly. There were no extra blankets or throws so we sat in our coats and used them as blankets on the beds. The kitchen sink didn’t have hot water. The coffee maker worked, but it would have been nice to have coffee filter accessible…. Had to purchase those. We didn’t use the hot tub due to weather and the pool couldn’t be used due to temperature and being filled with leaves. Therefore, we felt the cost of our stay was higher than we would like to pay.

The inside was clean , needed a broom though had a vacuum but lots of trees around .
The outside was not very lite. Multiple lights but only half worked . Some type of nuts from trees and no way to clean the area broom or blower. Jacuzzi did not have a step to enter. And walkway very slick in between door and steps to hot tub. Now the pool area was really nice looking but needed all the piles of leaves and landscaping cleaned up. Spider webs on everything. Pool house was unlocked one day so if you needed to change you could. Two days later locked contacted management company and the tried getting ahold of owners . No luck cushions were locked up in pool house . And pool was not that clean . To make things better needs to be a broom or blower at both house and pool house. Yes pool house had pump in it put secure that door and let the rest be for changing or cushions .
