Le charme et la propreté ainsi que l’emplacement
Attention c’est au 4ème sans ascenseur mais ce n’est pas insurmontable

Très beau logement, très agréable et lumineux.
Très bien situé
Manque un peu d ustensiles de cuisine et de verres. ( Verres à vin, à bières..)
Dommage de n avoir aucun accueil physique ( conciergerie)
Mais vous avez la possibilité de voir quelqu'un en payant!!!!
Même si cela ne nous a pas dérangé, c est simplement à savoir

When the outside temperature is cold (around 0 degrees Celsius), the kitchen/dining room and the living room are a bit cool in the morning

Good location close to the chateau, restaurants etc.
Common areas extremely dirty and neglected. Apartment dingy and only more or less clean, dirty upholstery, furry head board (unhygienic), grime around light switches. Poorly stocked for cooking, dirty kitchen sponge. Steep four story climb to access the apartment, difficult with luggage. Not good value for money.
