La calidad precio-servicio y la ubicación del local. El precio es muy bueno para los servicios que ofrece. Además la combinación de transporte tanto por tren como por Bus es muy buena y flexible, si no quieres usar el coche.
No había muchas zonas para estacionar en la zona de día, la mayoría de los estacionamientos están ocupados por trabajadores que están reformando casas para uso turístico. Por la noche sin problemas. No me gustó que el aseo no tenga todos los servicios juntos, el urinario y el lavabo están separados. Otro problema son las escaleras que no están adaptadas para personas con movilidad reducida. Pero si tuviera que volver no tendría problemas en repetir.

The apartment was great. Good enough for 5 people.
There is nothing to wash your hands in the toilet, so after business is concluded you have to come out to wash your hands.
The location of apartment is quite far away from Paris. It takes around 40-45 mins to reach central Paris.

1) excellent care. previous guests damaged the tv, the Wi-Fi connection, and a sofa just a couple of days before our arrival. The host communicated with us transparently, and at our arrival there was a brand new tv, a working Wi-Fi connection through a 4g key, and the sofa was repaired.
2) always responsive. Any message I sent got a reply within 1 hour, most often within 10 minutes
3) everything was as advertised.
4) nice position at walking distance to RER C, 15 mins from city center, in an area with several supermarkets and food places
5) very reasonably priced
6) can easily accommodate 5 people like us
- the ac on the first floor is positioned unfortunately right in front of the double bed, hence the cold air gets directly in your face…that could be fine for somebody but uncomfortable for others…but also, I understand that there are not many alternatives for placing it
- the wc is at the ground floor, the rest of the bathroom (sink, shower) at the first. I dunno if that’s common in France, but from Italy it was a bit weird and uncomfortable to do the stairs to wash your hands 😅
