Poor A/C and inaccurate descriptions

Nothing

We booked this place because it had two beds and AC. What they didn’t tell us was that the AC barely works and doesn’t cool the upper loft with the actual bed. They assumed because we are two people, male and female, that we were a couple and would just share the sofa bed downstairs. I was extremely unhappy with this- as we are just traveling friends and would not be sharing a bed. But the place was entirely too hot to stay in. I ended up spending an extra €180 to find a new place last minute for myself to stay in. When we arrived- they told us we needed to pay in cash. Clearly I missed that part. You cannot drive to the apartment, and parking is quite a walk away to get into the city. Overall I cannot recommend this place, as there are numerous other spots to stay in for way better quality!

Great location and welcoming hosts

Central location, clean property and welcoming staff!

The aircon in the bedroom struggled to reach to the other room and kitchen, and so it was quite hot at night on the sofa bed.

Beautiful Verona

Spacious clean amazing location lovely shower very friendly staff asked about best way to get to the airport and her husband took us for less than a taxi fare

The sofa bed wasn’t as comfortable as the main bed but still pleasant air con only in the main bedroom so sofa bed sleepers were fairly warm in the night

Totally recommend

The host lives in the same building and she was super super nice with everything, even let us leave the luggage after check out. The apartment is very good, confortable and very big for three or four people. Very good location in the center of Verona. First or second floor with stairs but it is common in Italy.

Nothing we didn't like.

Ubicació ideal, 2 habitacions completes i amb llits molt còmodes i cuina i bany amb tot el necessari per estar-hi uns dies. A part, l’atenció ha estat molt bona i el Michele ens va inclús oferir transfer per recollir-nos a l’aeroport a la 1:30am (esperant 40 min per retràs).

S’hauria de revisar la porta del bany, que no es pot tancar.
