Located near a busy street, modern finishes and adequate for short stay

Very comfortable and enjoyable.

The bed was very comfy and the included wifi and kitchen equipment included is a very nice touch, as well as the AC which kept our room at a very nice 17 degrees. The host left a nice message on the fridge welcoming us to the property. perfect.

Location, Yes it was close to the city centre which is excellent, however one night we came home while it was dark out and we walked past the bar on the corner there were many cockroaches all over the floor. That is pretty much the only downside to this area.

Really cool place, close to transport, great contact with the owner. We had a splendid time there.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. There is many place for storing clothes. The couch folds out so it can be made into a bed for another person. There is AC in the room which makes you do not feel less heat. The bus stops are near, you have to walk a bit to the metro but it is manageable.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the unpleasant smell from the streets in the whole neighborhood coming from the sewers.

I had a decent stay here. The hosts are very responsive and quick to help, which I really appreciate The apartment is well-equipped with plenty of kitchenware and household essentials. It was a very sweet touch to find a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival! I also loved that there are many light sources and sockets, so you can really create a nice atmosphere. The bed was firm, which I personally find very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Also, having a metro station nearby is a big plus.

Security feel: The check-in involves the host opening the door remotely for you to get the keys. While it was smooth, as a solo female traveler, it felt a bit unusual not having a physical lockbox or a code I controlled myself, which made me feel slightly less secure regarding privacy. Location & Noise: It takes about 30–40 minutes to get to the city center, so plan your commute accordingly. Since the flat is on the ground floor, it gets quite noisy. Even with windows closed, I could hear street sounds and the nearby pizzeria. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear neighbors moving around or using the bathroom, which might be tricky if you’re a light sleeper. TV: Most channels are paid, so it's best if you have your own streaming accounts to log in.

Appartamento comodo e dotato di tutti i servizi da me richiesti, arrivando dall'aeroporto in treno sono sceso alla fermata di Victoria Kent e da lì, in 15 minuti a piedi, sono arrivato a destinazione. Per spostarmi in centro ho utilizzato il bus 20,la cui fermata è di fronte al Mercadona, dove ho fatto la spesa diverse volte (vicinissimo all'appartamento). All'arrivo davanti alla porta il proprietario mi ha aperto la porta da remoto e ho trovato le chiavi sul bancone della cucina, molto comodo e senza intoppi. Bagno pulito e con tutto quello che serve (phon con diffusore incluso, non scontato quando si viaggia).
