The entire house really

The property is outstanding. We felt very lucky to be staying in such an incredible building. It’s more like a museum.
Beds were super comfy.
Kitchen Equipt.
The house is enormous, never ending.
We played a game of traitors, and the house was PERFECT for it.
We want to return
Two days wasn’t enough to take it all in.
Parts of the house were cold, but expected in a house so old and huge. Also visited in February, would love to come back in summer to see more of outdoors

We stayed over Christmas and this house could not have been more perfect. Absolutely everything plus more that it describes and that the photos show. Beautiful location, fab for the dogs, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen equipment, plenty of rooms if you want to spread out but also the dining room and main room as you walk in were plenty big enough for all 14 of us. Lots of toilet roll and masses of fire wood which we were so grateful for. Had a fab game of hide n seek in the dark which some found spooky but most of us loved. For anyone thinking it’s going to be a scary house it’s not, it had a lovely calm feeling about it n no ghosts were spotted 🤣🤣. Thank you to Ben and Beth for sharing this beautiful house with us, it really has been a Christmas my family will never forget.

The property had lots of character, its was big and the grounds were lovely. lots of wood for the fire . plenty of plates at cups.
shower was blocked so if you had a shower the water would run into the hallway ( ground floor). Table tennis bats were broken and no balls ( take your own if you are wanting to use the games room) beds were very uncomfortable some people slept on the floor as this was slightly more comfortable.
