The whole hotel is very beautiful. Our room Mediterraneo was at the last floor and it was wonderful decorated. The bathroom was very big with the shower and the bath. The room has the entrance to the amazing roof tarrace. We spent there a lot of time having relax.
There are 2 kitchens in the hotel so you can prepare your meals. There were tea and coffee available.
Communication with the owner is excellent. She answers imidiately and she is very helpful.
I highly recomended El Palacio del Viento.
The hotel does not have elevator so it’s a little bit tiring to take the bags to the last floor but we managed.
On windy days—and there are plenty of those in Tarifa—you need to watch out for the bathroom door; it swings open on its own if the window is open.

Beautiful decoration, great location, awesome roof terrace
We had only cold water in the mornings in our three day stay, staff wasn’t able to repair it. The bathroom had a wall with a lot of mold. Another room had a loud pipe right behind the bed and the replacement room. had a toilet that didn’t work. We requested a discount which was sadly refused by the owner.
