This was my third time here, and once again everything was simply perfect. The apartment is beautiful, exceptionally clean and has such a cozy atmosphere that I always feel immediately at home.
The host Dino is fantastic — friendly, responsive and genuinely caring. It’s clear that a lot of attention goes into making guests feel comfortable.
After three stays in this apartment, I can confidently say that this is still my first choice whenever I’m in Zadar. I’ll definitely be back!

Wunderschönes, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer wie auf den Bildern. Zur Begrüssung standen eine kleine Flasche Sekt, Mineralwasser und etwas Gebäck bereit.
Sehr zentrale Lage, um Zadar zu erkunden.

La centralità. La pulizia e la gentilezza del proprietario con la sua accoglienza.
Al secondo piano di un palazzo con ingresso fatiscente, abbiamo trovato un letto abbastanza scomodo (c’è un topper materasso sopra forse per renderlo più altro. Poi potrebbe essere fondamentale avere un fornello o una piastra, anche solo per riscaldare. La doccia, vero tutto, che viene descritta e ci si informa post- prenotazione, ma per due persona come noi di 1,75 e 1,85 m di altezza è un sarcofago…proprio lavarsi diventa un’impresa (bisogna stare dritti e non ci si può insaponare le gambe altrimenti si fa il lago) e andando al mare è dura. Infine il pavimento…balla tutto, il parquet molto rumoroso. Dimenticavo…noi non siamo riusciti ad accendere la tv…sicuramente nostra ignoranza, ma non di vitale importanza. Comunque accogliente ma non completo per chiamarlo appartamento (ci sono macchinetta caffè, bollitore e due merendine), anche se pulito e, ripeto, centralissimo.

Wszystko super, obsługa, lokalizacja, udogodnienia w mieszkaniu i klima. Bardzo polecam na parę dni, niczego nie brakuje a właściciel zadba o wasz komfort. Szybka reakcja na jakiekolwiek pytania.
