The space
Very clean
Excellent size room.
Plentiful breakfast ( vegetarian options for me).
Pre-arrival excellent communication with the owner.
The owner was able to direct to a wonderful 2 days safari experience at a good budget price range.
Feel free to reach out to him for other safari options, day trips, Arusha city tour, etc.
Fare pricing is his motto
Not much to say here.
The road in front of the property is in construction - as is a big part of Arusha.
I would have liked breakfast to be available until 10:00am.
But in general nothing much really.

Our stay at Pembeni River House was absolutely wonderful. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Its location is also excellent, making it a great base for exploring Arusha or starting a safari.
I highly recommend Pembeni River House to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and memorable stay in Arusha. We will definitely come back!
