Beautiful place - recommended!

Great comms from the host, before and during our stay. Excellent location, lovely area of town, plus easy off-street parking. The accommodation is amazing: high-end fittings, nicely decorated, almost hotel-esque but with every convenience and comfort of home.

So impressed and would absolutely return!

This property is excellent, everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds with en suite bathrooms. A place to sit outside too. Exceptionally clean and modern fixtures etc. short walk to the city centre and convenient for the train or drive to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Loved the welcome pack of treats plus milk, tea coffee.

Fantasstic property in a lovely area, cnetral to everything.

Loved the extra touches our host provide such as dishwashwer tablets, bin bags, tea and coffee

The only thing that would have been better is that both toilets in the property were en-suite. would have been nice to have a toilet downstairs.

Simply beautiful

This is a return visit after we got married last year and to celebrate our aniversary. When we first arrived Iian and Janet the hosts had very kindly left us a greeting card and the shortly after our arrival brought a beautiful cake. I have never met such a lovely couple as the host of this exquisite property. The location is perfect giving access to castles, botanical gardens and so much more. The property is beautifully laid out, clean and very comfortable. Both bedrooms have amazing ensuites with incredibly powerful showers which are to die for. This is by far the best of the best
