The location matters. Everything was clean and worked as it is supposed to. The host was always available and answered quickly. There are several places nearby which we used daily: a shop where you can find almost everything you need, a pizza shop and cafe for a breakfast.

Il palazzetto è una struttura che presenta diverse stanze / mini appartamenti, con una terrazza dotata di lavatrice.
Il check-in viene effettuato tramite codici fornitici dall'host direttamente via whatsapp. La stanza presenta anche un piccolo cucinino ad induzione.
Di positivo abbiamo sicuramente:
Posizione vicino al centro e prezzo ottimo.
Host gentile che ci ha dato la possibilità di anticipare il check-in in quanto eravamo arrivati molto presto.
Purtroppo la struttura presentava delle carenze dal punto di vista igienico. Abbiamo usato il mocho per pulire una piccola perdita d'acqua dal mini frigo e abbiamo trovato il guscio di un uovo e una suola di una scarpa. Anche alcuni asciugamani/cuscini presentavano delle macchie, segno che forse, la stanza non era stata ben pulita prima del nostro arrivo.
Tuttavia per il prezzo e la posizione possiamo definirlo un buon soggiorno.

Friendly host, smooth self check-in/ check-out, quiet location but also close to Duomo, the apartment was clean, the complex also has a laundry and a balcony which are nice additions.
Perhaps some slippers or mats would have been useful.

Super lokalizacja, budynek i lokal po generalnym remoncie.
To pokój z aneksem kuchennym a nie apartament, trochę mało prywatności, łazienka bez kaloryfera i wentylacji , już był grzyb na ścianach , małe okno , mało naturalnego światła.
