The room I chose was big by Paris standards, so that felt like a win. No breakfast on site but across the street at a sister hotel which was good in summer early autumn.
No key, but a six digit pass code which some might find a bit tiresome, and not too easy at the front door in the dark.

The location is great, nice shade of vegetation on the nearby sidewalks.
The hotel is rather small, as well as the standard double rooms; even the bed was short (and my height is only 1,69m). The bed and bath linens are average. I didn’t get an impression of freshness nor of good quality of the building. There is one single elevator, quite small and slow. In the bathroom, there is a waste of space, with a quite small showe cabin.
One important information that I got only once arrived at the hotel : breakfast is not served in the building ; customers have to walk one street further and go to another hotel (same owner); I doubt this is convenient by cold weather (one of the main advantages of having breakfast in a hotel is to be able to go down ´in your slippers’ (well, not here)) . The breakfast room is rather small (esp. for customers of 2 hotels), with no windows. The buffet is average ( not enough for a ‘4 stars’ hotel); their bakery supplier for croissants and baguette is very good though.
All in all: disappointed. The quality didn’t meet the price and the ‘4 stars’ label for me.
