Una estancia y un trato inmejorable. La habitación maravillosa, vistas preciosas, grandeza, limpieza y decoración. Nos han asignado una persona de contacto durante toda la estancia, nos ha hecho posible todo lo que pedimos. Es un sitio privilegiado, la estancia nos ha encantado y recomendaríamos al 110 %, ha hecho que nuestro viaje aun haya sido mucho mejor.

Gentileza dos funcionários, conforto, vista

Quando chegamos o quarto que reservamos não estava disponível. Segundo eles o quarto estava sem luz. Nos direcionaram para outro hotel de nível inferior onde ficamos 2 noites. Só ficamos hospedados no hotel uma única noite. O hotel não nos cobrou as diárias e fizeram os traslados gratuitamente no intuito de minimizar o problema mas nossa estadia em Zhangjiajie poderia ter sido melhor se tivéssemos ficado os 3 dias no hotel que escolhemos.
