The stay was good except few small things including missing of Chairs and Hooks in the rooms

The location of the propoerty from Taj Mahal was convenient. It was convenient using a self driven car. Since, it was a winter season, no need of AC. Geysers was working fine. The hot plate in the kitchen was also convenient.

There was lot of scope for improvement in the Apartment. There were no chairs in the room, place to hang clothes was missing in bathrooms and even in rooms which was very uncomfortable.

If you don't mind dirtiness, be my guest

Finding the keybox and getting in to the apartment were easy.

We ended up leaving as soon as we were able to. The apartment was spacious but everything was dirty. Dirty shoeprints on the sofa, dirty mats on the floor, dirty towels lying around, empty condompackage in the closet and tiny bugs in the kitchen. No kitchen table. The photos on booking.com didn't match at all to the reality! Before our arrival the host has been nice and easy to get in touch via Whatsapp but after leaving I sent them a message and still haven't heard anything from them. It is been over a week so I am posting my review. Apartment were also far away from the center and from the road, but that I knew before I made the booking..

Disappointing experience

The rooms are spacious, the whole apartment is for you to use. The society is ok too. It is a nice, calm, peaceful environment.

1. This place has no help whatsoever, if you have have any issue after check in, good luck. You would be in contact with the owner via WhatsApp but the person onsite will be a cleaning agent, and good luck having any proper conversation with him. I have tried several times contacting him for the very basics which were not provided in the house... and the response was utterly disappointing. Especially when I call and get to hear- " I have other better things to do also and not just hear your request". 2. Which brings us to the second point, why even have the need to contact the agent.. because there is absolutely nothing provided in the room when you check in. No shower gel, no shampoo, no toilet paper, no towels, ... basically nothing. Just check in an apartment with bed and figure everything yourself. When you pay a decent amount of money, you expect that you have basic amenities, but if you are spending most of your trip calling the owner requesting the very basic things, it is absolutely not worth it. You arrive to a city to enjoy it , not figuring out how to make your stay livable. 3. And finally the location, for sure the society is great and we appreciate the environment of peace, cab drivers were not willing to drive upto here. Better to stay in Taj ganj or near metro so that you don't wait half an hour everytime to convince people to drop you to your place. 4. To add, I believe the hosts can a be a bit more polite and hospitable. And be authentic. If the outlets in the bathroom are broken and not getting replaced in the coming few weeks, MENTION IT honestly on the website. Don't wait for people to first pay you, let them check in and then figure out everything is dis functional... and then get a message on WhatsApp about things being in progress...
