Ok but not worth the money

Lovely views and lounge area. Easy walk into main area of surfers along the beach. Coffee at the resort cafe below is great.

It really needs a deep clean and the second bedroom was tiny for the kids to share. For the price there is limited amenities provided and the kitchen is not that well stocked. Would not stay again as for the very high price for a family would get better value in a resort or AirBnB

Disappointing stay due to delayed check-in, poor cleanliness, and poor management by the private host

The location/views were lovely. EZY mart downstairs was convenient.

Please note: This booking is managed by a private host and is not operated directly by Rhapsody Resort. The listing title may give the impression that you are booking through the resort itself, so it’s worth being aware of this before making a reservation. Our stay got off to a disappointing start with a 1.5-hour check-in delay because the apartment was not ready. We were left waiting on a cold day with two young children and nowhere to rest, and by the time we reached the apartment, we had lost almost two hours of our first day. Management was apologetic and offered a late checkout, though this did not suffice. Most accomodation routinely provide a late checkout out regardless. The apartment also did not reflect the standard shown in the photos. The carpets appeared old, the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, dining room chair was broken (my son fell backwards), and most concerning of all, we found dirty underwear, dirty shorts and dirty socks left in the ensuite wardrobe by previous guests. This was unhygienic and clearly indicated the apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly. It is also considerably far from the main surfer paradise shops and tourist areas- we had to travel by tram (to avoid parking issues). There appears to be a management issue rather than a cleaning issue. Unfortunately, the private host has not responded to my feedback. Customer service over the phone was lovely- in particular Catherine.
