Deceptive add, to say the least.

The apartment is nice and spacious. The bathroom though, although complete, is very small. There is a full kitchen, but I can't say anything about it as we did not use it. There is a nice garden with a view over green areas and part of Pitigliano in the background.

We were looking for 2 separate beds, and we booked this location because the add clearly indicates near the price that there is a double bed and a single bed and that BOTH are included in the price. At the bottom of the place description, well away from where the price is indicated, it is said that an additional bed can be provided for an additional cost; apart from the fact that the extra amount is not indicated, the way the whole add is written, strongly suggests that the additional price is for an extra -third-bed. However, we were asked for additional cost for the second bed, which should have been included as per the add, later justified for the bedlinen, which once more are included in the price. Parking is free but it is along the road and only available if no-one else takes it. There is no WIFI, contrary to what is said in the add, nor shampoo and soap are provided.

Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen, auch wenn die Lage zur Stadt fußläufig ist.

Gefallen haben uns die nächtlichen Besuche von verschiedenen Wildtieren (Wildschweine, Rehe, Dachs und Stachelschwein) im unterhalb gelegenen Garten, der durch einen Zaun abgetrennt war.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt recht lieblos, ungepflegt und mit teilweise von Katzen zerschlissenen Möbeln eingerichtet. Besonders die Küche war äußerst unzufriedenstellend eingerichtet und sehr schmutzig. Es fehlten sehr viele Haushaltsgegenstände um kochen zu können und die, die vorhanden waren, mussten erst gründlich gereinigt werden. Der Zugang in die Wohnung durch den ungepflegten Garten war nicht einladend. Insgesamt fehlte es an vielem, um sich wohl zu fühlen!

L'arredamento, il fatto di essere in una piccola casetta con l'illusione di "essere in mezzo al nulla" e la cura e la disponibilità dell'ospite.

La mancanza di un box doccia (non amo le docce con la tenda), le scalette di ingresso non proprio comodissime e la distanza dal centro di Pitigliano.

Appartamento caratteristico, spazioso, abitabile per più notti, la posizione ,proprietario gentile e disponibile

Avremmo gradito un kit sulla cura personale (sapone ecc) e solitamente siamo abituati a trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo
