The apartment is placed in a beautiful district, full of pubs, restaurants and bar. It is strictly closed to the canal Saint Martin and near train station of gare du l'est, and this position is convenient for who wants to use metro every day.
The owner of the room has been very kind and helpful. She was always present for any need.
Considering the size of the room and distance from the main monuments and the centre of Paris, maybe the cost x night might be reviewed and lowered a little bit.
The sofa-bed mattress was not comfortable, honestly I don't know if it depended on the mattress itself or on the springs of the sofa-bed

Facile de récupérer les clefs, studio parfaitement aménagé pour avoir tout à disposition facilement sans se sentir à l'étroit pour une personne seule, joliment décoré par Emma, grand miroir, le lit est assez confortable, petit guide du quartier mis à disposition, gel douche et shampoing sur place. Douche spacieuse. Très agréable séjour. Attention, ce n'est pas un quartier super calme, et en fonction des voisins de l'immeuble, on peut entendre du bruit. Je reviendrai !
J'ai eu un souci avec les taques à induction, mais je ne doute pas que ce soit réglé rapidement.

I don’t leave reviews often, but this one was delicious. Though very small, it is done very practically and with coziness.
Ground floor, so the floor is quite cold, also the neighbours can be heard sometimes.

Great location and the communication before and during our stay has been very nice and prompt. Apartment is good and had everything needed
The apartment is very small and the furniture (especially Sofa bed) should be improved if this high price (ca140 Euro) is charged per night. The room is also a little dark
