Appart optimisé avec du potentiel

Lave-vaisselle, amenagement optimisé, sdb, grand parking, balcon 200m du telesiege de labrau

Pas assez de vaisselle (juste 4 assiettes, 4 verres, 4 couverts...) pas de casserole grande contenance pour faire des pates pour 4 ! Pas de rangements pour les locataires que ce soit pour les vetements ou pour la nourriture. Casier à ski, il faudrait supprimer une etagere pour mettre 4 paires de ski !

Très passable malgré du potentiel...

L'emplacement est calme mais en bout de station, c'est bien également. L'appartement a du potentiel avec ses 30m2.

L'appartement manque d'équipements (il y avait 1 bol, 4 verres; pas de planche a découper, 2 petites casseroles, peu de couverts qui coupent, pas de saladier,etc...) La cabine de douche fuit, par le dessous, quand on met un peu de pression. Le matelas du BZ est à changer...(troué) Il manque des ampoules un peu partout. Un état général très vieillot. Le ménage est très médiocre !!! Certains de ces problèmes ont été soulignés à Vacancéole par d'autres vacanciers mais malgré la promesse "de faire remonter à leurs équipes ces dysfonctionnements"... rien ne se passe et se passera. Je m'explique : ce genre de bien loué par une tierce partie n'est en rien géré en matière d'équipements et de dysfonctionnements (pour preuve il n'y a pas d'état des lieux...). Seul le check-in et check-out est suivi avec le ménage (médiocre encore une fois). Finalement on est souvent mieux servi quand on est en lien direct avec le propriétaire. ** J'ajoute suite à votre commentaire que la réception m'avait signifiée, suite à la plainte du client précédent, que les problèmes avaient été réglés... Comme quoi les promesses n'engagent que ceux qui les tiennennt !!

Matelas complètement troué, Appartement sale, Cadenas sur cheminée, cadenas sur les volets,aucune explication. Bac de douche bouché.. 1h pour faire fonctionner la télé.. Bref, j'en passe.. Nous sommes vraiment pas ce genre de personnes à râler, mais là vraiment pris pour des cons ⁶
