A fuir pire experience de location !!

Contact tres difficiles Pas de chauffage en arrivant 10degres. Pas d'eau chaude.il a fallu trouve l'interupteur a ll'exterieur.ballon regle au mini douche pas assez chaude.Disjonction de l'installation il a fallu trouve le disjoncteur exterieur apres avoir attentu l'info pendant 1 heure. Resultat a minuit pas d'electricite 11 degres dans les locaux pas de moyen de cuisson. Aucune excuse du proprietaire aucune proposition de dedomagemment.

Rien du tout, extrèment décu car trop de points négatifs...

L’attitude de propriétaire qui m’a facturé 25€ de plus parce que j’avais un bébé perroquet dans une cage.. J’ai réservé l’appartement car il avait 2 chambres et au final une seule était accessible, j’ai du dormir dans le canapé et laisser la seule chambre à ma collègue... La publicité est donc mensongère, mais le propriétaire n’a rien voulu rembourser, au contraire, il m’a facturé 25€ pour la soit-disant toxicité de mon bébé perroquet qui est resté dans sa cage...C’est scandaleux... Une caméra de surveillance est située sur le pallier de l’appartement et permet au propriétaire d’espionner ses clients...C’est illégal... Il n’y avait aucun éclairage dans l’espace commun des bâtiments, nous étions les seuls clients et, j’ai dû utiliser une lampe pour circuler... Les oreillers de la literie n’étaient pas propres et sentaient très mauvais... Le lit grinçait énormément...

Un perfetto equilibrio tra natura e comodità Ho soggiornato in un appartamento davvero molto carino a Roccamonfina, curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e mantenuto in ottime condizioni. La posizione è ideale: immerso nel verde, regala tranquillità e relax, ma allo stesso tempo si trova a pochi passi dal centro cittadino, dove si può vivere appieno l’atmosfera locale, tra attività, eventi e anche un po’ di vita notturna. È stata una scelta perfetta per chi, come me, cerca il giusto compromesso tra natura e comodità. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Un perfetto equilibrio tra natura e comodità Ho soggiornato in un appartamento davvero molto carino a Roccamonfina, curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e mantenuto in ottime condizioni. La posizione è ideale: immerso nel verde, regala tranquillità e relax, ma allo stesso tempo si trova a pochi passi dal centro cittadino, dove si può vivere appieno l’atmosfera locale, tra attività, eventi e anche un po’ di vita notturna. È stata una scelta perfetta per chi, come me, cerca il giusto compromesso tra natura e comodità. Ci tornerei volentieri!
