Terrible experience—broken amenities,, and unprofessional staff

Our stay was deeply frustrating from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were told our reservation was only for two people instead of three, so we paid an extra 300 MAD right away. Things quickly got worse once we entered the apartment and found the air conditioning was completely broken. The front desk should never have checked us into a room they knew had a malfunctioning A/C. When we complained, the staff informed us that no other full sea-view apartments were available—only partial views—and they flatly refused to offer any form of partial refund. They promised a technician would fix it the next morning, so we were forced to spend a miserable, hot night in the room. The next morning, after eating breakfast in the lobby, we were suddenly hit with an unexpected 90 MAD breakfast fee. When we asked the staff to address the broken A/C or change our room before we paid any extra fees, they refused to cooperate. Instead, they locked us out by changing our apartment door code and left us stranded in the lobby for nearly two hours until we paid the breakfast fee. To top it off, we received absolutely no housekeeping during our three-night stay—our towels were never changed, and the apartment was never cleaned. The receptionist, Sakeena, was incredibly unprofessional and gave us the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Avoid this place.

El departamento es muy bonito y bastante cómodo las habitaciones son de buen tamaño la principal con baño propio y la vista al mar es espectacular

El departamento es sucio al llegar estaba lleno de cabellos el piso de las recámaras y los baños. No sé si cambien la sábanas pero las de mi cama estaban manchadas en el área de desayuno que es en el lobby del condominio los gatos están en las mesas creo que no es higiénico
