Very comfortable, had everything you needed there, would love to return.
Towel rail didn’t seem to work in either bathroom.
Think it would be helpful to have check out instructions on laminated card in apartment along with Wi-Fi password. But only minor detail..

Lovely apartment in a lovely spot very clean and comfortable very comfy beds and great bathrooms
There are a few snagging things to be sorted but nothing major also the guest portal didn’t really work well

Location, size and overall feel of apartment
Enormous damage deposit for a property that has damaged areas and wear and tear everywhere you look.
Heating system that is greatly flawed and unreliable
Hot water system couldn't handle 3 showers and the 4th person had to shower cold.
All in all the property needs closing for a few days and the damage taking care off.
Charging people £500 damage deposit for a property that is covered in damage is disgusting and made me feel anxious all stay
$$$$
