Conviennent for thé m6 as we were breaking a long journey up to Scotland
All worked well for us for a 1 night stay - no problems at all. Just a couple of small things:
One suggestions is that it would b good to have 1 room with twin beds to be more flexible. For one night was ok for teenagers to share a bed but would not work for a longer stay.
We had to chase for the code for the keys safe - would b better if this came with the confirmation as had some worries as we were driving up the m6 not knowing if we could get it!!

Very well appointed inside
Rather noisy at night due to the close proximity to the road

No breakfast, none expected.
Location was good.
Good facilities inside
No bathroom mirror.
No full length mirror.
Directional facility on shower didn't work.
Had to close the windows to keep out the traffic noise.
Not much in Newby Bridge itself.
Heard to locate, drove past it three times.
Tried to contact manager twice whilst there, got no response.
