Location, design, space, modern. Staff and owner went over and above. Courteous and polite and extremely helpful

We stayed during Nyepi and our host prepared us and our accommodation for the day of silence. Edi even made sure we had enough food for the 24 hours that you're required to stay inside. The place itself was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The bedding and pillows were divine, we slept very well. When I visit Sanur again, I would stay here again without a second thought.

The actual inside of the Villa overall was very nice but needed a few touch ups like the sunken lounge. Steps flaking off paint, downstairs fan not working and a couple of the power sockets need attention.
Stairs need a handrail. ( Dangerous) . Not a fan of the sunken lounge and the big plant needs to go as blocks the view of tv.
The staff were the best thing and super obliging.
Barking Dogs! Not one night of uninterrupted sleep.
Garbage collection at 3 am.
Construction next door noisy and dusty.
No privacy.
No sunshine around the pool because the Villa is not facing the right way.
This is a residential area so very noisy.
