Super close to downtown Dublin, easy to access, and had everything you need!

It was a very cozy place to stay, our room was nice, very big. The bed was clean, towels were ready for us and we had a bathroom across the hall to ourselves. It was more like staying in a home than a hotel which was very comfortable.
Jim is a very nice man, chatted to us when we came in and told us about the history of the building, we had a laugh.
There was a very cute cat in the building as well, Pinky. She’s lovely.
The only issues I had were the noise at night, windows weren’t great at keeping sound at bay so it was quite loud when cars drove past and people spoke outside,the building being a bit dirty. Our room was okay, clean and everything was ready for us, and the bathroom was alright, again, everything ready. The house is very old and could do with a good clean, but I’d say Jim would need help as it’s got 13 rooms and his foot is injured, and the outside of the building. We thought at first nobody was living inside as it looked quite run down, but it was okay once we got inside.

Very healthy breakfast. Fruit ,coffee and cereal.
It would of been nice to have a bathroom in the bedroom.

Location was good. Street of bars and restaurants round the corner.
Jim was friendly and chatty
Felt very dusty in the room. Room was at the front of the house, so the noise of the traffic could be heard all night and it's a busy road. Kitchen didn't feel particularly clean.
