O cazare foarte bună, foarte aproape de mall, domnul proprietar un om foarte înțelegător și săritor. Am stat două nopți și ne-a plăcut foarte mult. Recomandăm din toată inima!

Dezastruos pentru familia noastră.

Apartamentul este spațios, curat. Arata ca in poze.

Patul si canapeaua scârțâie îngrozitor, am avut copil mic care nu a putut adormi, atunci cand încercăm sa il punem in pat începea patul sa scârțâie si se trezea. Apartamentul are chicineta, cel putin asa apare in descriere, de fapt e o chiuveta si un cuptor cu microunde, nicidecum o plita sau un aragaz sa poți găti. Geamurile nu etanseaza încăperea, zona foarte zgomotoasa, cel puțin persoanele din jur. Plasele geamurilor nu au stat închise asa ca au produs zgomot la fiecare adiere a vântului. După prima noapte de cazare am decis sa plecam si am luat legătura cu proprietarul, acesta a fost de acord cu restituirea sumei de bani pentru cea de-a doua noapte de cazare. A spus sa ii transfer eu bani in cont pentru o noapte si cumva el sa imi returneze suma de bani pentru ambele nopți, asta pentru a nu ii mai implica pe cei de la booking. Eu am vrut să facem demersurile prin booking așa ca nu am transferat banii. Am discutat cu cei de la booking și au preluat sesizarea mea, dar proprietarul nu a dat curs solicitării lor, asa ca nu mi-au restituit banii, deci nu știu cat de corect este proprietarul.

L’appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile,a 1km dal centro di galati e da tutte le attività. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli ed ha tutto ciò che serve per avere un soggiorno impeccabile.
