Bad stay

the Location was the only thing that was good about this property

What I didn’t like about the property: Dirty mattress, mold in the shower, mold in the fridge, disgusting kettle (it was replaced after complaining but why was it THIS disgusting in the first place??), clothes from other people still in the washing Maschine, black long hair everywhere. After complaining they offered a cleaning lady. But I don’t understand why you’re not cleaning BEFORE people are coming for a stay. Kitchen has no good equipment. I wanted to talk to the manager, the lady I chatted with told me they’re going to come. No one came. If you’re selling such a bad property you need to be ready to get confronted. Poor communication.

Nothing the building us old and the host is rude

The property is located on the outskirts of the city, in a non-touristic area. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, and the closest bus stop is about a 15-minute walk away. You need to take a taxi to go anywhere, which is not convenient—especially when traveling with children. As for cleanliness, it was very disappointing. The floor was dusty, and there was a strong smell of humidity in the room. We had booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), but the room was only equipped for two, with one queen-size bed. When I raised the issue, I was told that I should have asked—something I find unacceptable. I requested bedding for the sofa and towels because not towels at all but was ignored. By 5 p.m., after several messages, the host simply replied “my shift is done,” without offering any help. He had previously said we could get a late check-out, as 10 a.m. was too early for us after a 9-hour flight. Yet, the cleaning lady showed up at 10:19 a.m., without any notice. I honestly do not recommend this property, especially for families.

Апартаменты немного отличаются от фото. Понравилось месторасположение , все достопримечательности находятся достаточно близко.

Не понравилось то, что в апартаментах нет чайника, нет фена. В душевой кабине сломан кран и переодически вываливается. Ручки в двери(в ванной комнате) сломаны.
