Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof und in Laufnähe zur Altstadt ist super und weniger laut, als zuvor befürchet.

Wir hatten leider einen falschen Türcode erhalten, haben aber schnell geholfen bekommen. Da in dem Haus mehrere Ferienwohnungen sind, wäre eine bessere Kennzeichnung am Gebäude hilfreich. In der App ist alles super beschrieben, aber das haben wir erst hinterher gelesen...

Supermarkt und Bäcker sind durch die zentrale Lage direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Direkt daneben der Bahnhof, also empfehlenswert für Bahnreisende. Vom Bahnverkehr hört man überhaupt nichts. Die Kontaktaufnahme bei Rückfragen war über Whatsapp problemlos. Die Antworten kamen umgehend. Gut funktionierendes WLan. Wohnung und Bad super sauber!! Handtücher und Seife/Duschgel, Kaffee/Tee vorhanden und eine Flasche Wein als Begrüßungsgruß, alles top!

Die Wohnungstür geht direkt auf den Gehsteig und die Straße davor raus. Im Wohnbereich ist dadurch der Verkehr zu hören. Abends ist wenig Verkehr. Das Schlafzimmer ist zurückliegend. Deshalb stört der Verkehr nicht beim Schlafen. Um ins Grüne zu kommen, muss man ein ganzes Stück laufen. Die Beleuchtung im Essbereich ist etwas zu wenig, schöne Lampe, aber wenig Licht. Etwas verwirrend, dass 2 Ferienwohnungen im selben Haus mit unterschiedlichen Hauseingängen und für unsere kleinere Wohnung kein Parkplatz, wie auf BookingCom zu sehen, vorhanden war. Aber mit Tipps der Vermieter kostenlose Parkplätze im Ort gefunden.

الشقة جيدة قرب المحلات التجارية و قرب ميونخ

ازعاج قرب الشقة من السيارات و اصوات الجيران القريبه يوجد غرف صغيرة فيها عناكب و اغبرة ادوات المطبخ غير نظيفه و متكسره اخذو 120 يورو للنظافة في نهاية !!!
