Das Haus und das Grundstück ist top, alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt.
Der Ort ist sehr ruhig aber in 15 min mit dem Auto ist man am nächsten Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fährt man 25 min ist man in Benkovac dort gibt es unter anderem Kaufland und Lidl. Der Hafen und Strand ist dort schön, lange Meile zum Verweilen und Bummeln
Man ist definitiv auf ein Auto angewiesen um Einkäufe zu erledigen und um zum Strand zu gelangen.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The facilities were excellent — we especially enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which were perfect for both adults and kids to unwind and have fun.
The villa is very well-equipped with all the amenities you could need, making it feel like a real home away from home. It's also extremely family-friendly, with a great playground, trampoline, and all the necessary equipment for kids. Our daughter absolutely loved the electric scooter — it was a real highlight of the trip!
The area is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely recommend having a car to explore the surroundings and get around easily.
The hosts were amazing — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Their tips and communication really made a difference and helped us make the most of our time there.
Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped holiday home!

Well honestly everything...
1. From the moment we arrived we were impressed as the villa looked much better in real, then from the pictures.
2. Outside very nice especially for a family with kids. A very nice warm pool, a super cool jacuzzi, a playground for kids, trampoline for kids and the things that my kids loved the most: electric cars to drive around the garden!
3. Inside very nice taste for everything and very cozy. 3 beautiful bathrooms very very nice made, big bedrooms, a huge living room with kitchen and they even prepared for the kids a small kids table with lots of drawing stuffs and stickers! Very cool thank you
4. Kitchen absolutely fully equipped with everyhting. We didn't even had to shop that much as the owners let everything that we needed: Condiments, fruits, ustensils for everything that is needed, etc..
We had a really great time and we loved the villa. Thank you very much for paying so much attention to every detail and making our holiday so nice!
