The location was fine; it was a short walk from a major tram line. The apartment was very large and had a clothes washer so we were able to refresh our clothes. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator. We liked the balcony and the elevator. There were several restaurants and a convenience store in the immediate area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
Getting into the apartment was the most difficult of any place that we have ever stayed. There was an exterior door to the building that was not a problem. This door led to a vestibule that had another locked door. To get into this door, we were instructed to call a telephone number and listen to a message. We were never able to open this door by calling this number. Fortunately, a building resident came through and let us in. Then, just outside the apartment door, we easily accessed a box with a door key and got into the apartment. Then next day, we still couldn’t get into the vestibule door after trying about 10 times and finally messaged the management company. We described exactly what we were doing and asked what we should do differently. We were given the same instructions that didn’t work. Finally, another resident stopped and helped us. He showed us a key fob on the key ring that opened both building doors. None of the instructions from the owner mentioned the fob. Without the help of two very nice residents, I am not sure we would have ever gotten in.

Vicino alla stazione, al supermercato e ad una panetteria e con 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la teleferica e il centro. Appartamento dotato di garage al chiuso.
La richiesta di cauzione che deve essere messa più in vista su booking. Mancanza di condizionatore.

De locatie dichtbij de rivier en dichtbij het centrum, treinstation en de bergen.
Hygiëne, de douche had wat schimmels en sommige meubels waren beschadigd. Er wordt dan van de huurder verwacht dat alles gecheckt wordt.

Kompliziertes Vorgehen mit Depotzahlung , die Pflicht Selfie und Ausweisfotos zu schicken, Schwierigkeiten beim Senden der Fotos wegen nicht funktionierenden Links, das kostete viel Zeit und Nerven
