The view from the balcony is really amazing! Be aware it is a view on the sea and the corniche as well so it's a bit noisy but once you accomodated to it, it's really nice to have breakfast facing the sea. The communication with the host was truly easy, he was very flexible, respectful and regularly checkin that was all going well. The guard is a gem, really warm welcome and really helpful if you need anything. Check in and out was very easy. The location for me was great as I wanted to see Montazah (and it's a peace of quiet heaven), but it can be a bit far for those looking to visit the classical touristic places (though Uber is easy). The rooms are situated at the back so it's protected from the noise of the street, and you have AC. The equipments were enough, not the most modern but it was clean and you have the necessary things to cook and eat if needed, I didn't check for towels cause I had mine. There's also wifi and washing machine. Small supermarkets and some restaurants are easily accessible nearby as well.

Panda House has an amazing location. It's just a few steps from the beach, and the beautiful palace park is nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops along the main street, making everything easily accessible. The view is absolutely stunning!
The host is incredibly kind, always available, and genuinely happy to help. They consistently go the extra mile to make sure guests have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
It’s little far from famous sightseeing spots.
