It was quite spacious in the living area and bed was comfortable. Very little room for suitcases. Location was good, with close access to the water bus system. Good appliances (mostly) but only one wall plug.
The shower was in very poor condition. Screen is in urgent need of replacement. Foldable glass style, but gaps where the doors meet, split trims and missing floor trim meant water leaked all over the floor, around the toilet and towels needed as mops for every shower. Queried with management and was told it was scheduled for replacement but can’t go it while guests are there. Checked the images for the listing and angle of images conceals all the issues, so obviously has been a problem for a long time. Block out a couple of days and fix it, not give excuses why that it isn’t fixed because too focused on getting people in. Wifi details provided were old. Management said there is a new one but it didn’t connect. Said they would send someone, but no contact after. Network is poor in Venice, so was relying on wifi system for connecting with home.

La casetta è un piccolo scrigno. Situata in posizione strategica in fondo ad una calle silenziosa. Molto tipica sia l'ubicazione sia gli interni. E' accogliente, ben distribuita e graziosamente arredata. E' piccola ma confortevole e perfetta per due persone. Si dorme bene, molto apprezzato il doppio cuscino con la possibilità di scegliere tra alto e basso. In cucina ci sono anche i condimenti essenziali e qualcosa per la prima colazione. La vista è spettacolare, più bella che in foto. Sembra di stare in acqua ed è possibile vedere le gondole passare. Una vera immersione nella vita veneziana. Solo il bagno è un pò piccolo ma l'acqua esce ben calda e con un bel getto dalla doccia e soprattutto lo scarico del water funziona bene e non c'è mai cattivo odore di risalita, cosa rara a Venezia. Consiglierei qualche appendino in bagno per gli asciugamani. I condizionatori sia in cucina che in camera da letto sono silenziosissimi ed efficienti. Vicina a Campo San Barnaba e Santa Margherita. Comoda la distanza con le fermate Zattere, Accademia e Rezzonico. L'Host è molto reattivo e preciso. Insomma, difficile voler andar via.

L'emplacement est parfait dans un quartier très agréable et intéressant. Le logement est situé au bord d'un rio, petit canal, et depuis les fenêtres nous voyions passer les gondoles et différents bateaux 😀. Typique. L'entrée dans l'appartement s'est faite de manière simple et l'équipement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Carmela est très réactive et rassurante.

Objets détériorés : cafetière qui fuit, absencede poignée à l’armoire de la chambre, canons de serrure non fixés : quand on a signalé au bailleur ils ont répondu qu’ils ne savaient pas. Attention le canapé du salon n’est pas réellement convertible Ce commentaire a pour but de prévenir les futurs occupants
