We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Maui! We booked Sugar Beach 333 through Expedia. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The ocean view was absolutely stunning — waking up each morning to the sight and sound of the beach and bay from the balcony (lanai) was unforgettable. The balcony itself was one of our favorite parts of the stay, offering the perfect place to relax, enjoy coffee in the morning looking out watching the canoe clubs paddle across the bay in their Wa'a kaulua and Kaukahi. It was also special experience to watch the sunset in the evening over a glass of wine.
The condo was also incredibly quiet and peaceful. We never heard noise from neighboring units, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. The remote check-in process was smooth and convenient, and it was great that our room was ready before we even arrived. We only needed to stop by the office briefly to pick up the parking pass the morning after we arrived, which was quick and easy.
The beach access is right there, makes for the perfect morning or evening stroll along the beach or to get a swim in as it's calm in this upper bay area. We didn't spend any time at the pool, but it's clean along with all the available grills if you want to enjoy a BBQ overlooking the beach. Beautiful setup.
Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. It's centrally located and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect resort location on the island, very central to everything, and loved having an oceanfront condo.

I recommend Sugar Beach Resort. The facility is very clean, the grounds are well maintained and the view is perfect. Right on the oceanfront with a private beach, it is a perfect place to visit.
